However, the room had an overwhelming odor that made it hard to relax. The TV was not functioning, which was disappointing, and attempts to reach the front desk from my room failed because the phone didn’t work either. I had to venture down to get assistance. A few amenities were missing, like toiletries that ought to be standard. I appreciated that the hotel is conveniently located near my family, but the technical issues did put a damper on my stay. Next time, I hope these problems get fixed for a better experience.
